Fire, Houseowner and Householder Claim

(House, Apartment & Condominium)

• Claim Amount below RM3,000

1. Call Bomba
2. Make a police report
3. Notify Allianz Customer Service at 1300-88-1028 / 03-2264 0700 or UCN at 03-7874 2660 / 012 538 2660
4. Take photos of damaged items
5. Submit the required documents to UCN

• Claim Form – Fire Insurance Claim
• Original Fire Brigade Report
• Original Police report
• Copy of IC
• Purchase Invoices
• Quotations for repairs / replacements
• E-payment Form

• Claim Amount above RM3,000

4. Await Allianz’s adjusters to conduct survey (Note: Do not remove or dispose off the damage items before Allianz’s adjusters have seen the damaged items)
5. Submit the required documents to UCN

(Factory, Office, Shop)

4. Take photos of damaged items
5. Submit the required documents to UCN

• Sales / Purchases Invoices
• Stock records
• Business accounts
• Quotations for repairs/ replacements
