• Written Confirmation from Airline (By letter or email) regarding overbooked and the alternative flight information (For Travel Overbooked)
• Supporting Document or copy of police report for reason missed flight (For Missed Departure)

For Personal Luggage or Personal Effect / Luggage Delay more than 6 hours

• Flight’s itinerary & confirmation of booking

• Property irregularity report from the Airline
• Written Confirmation from Airline (By letter or email) regarding the period delay (in number of hours), the actual date & time of departure and the reason for such delay delivery of luggage (For Luggage delay Claim)
• Original Police report (For Losses or theft)

(Note: Police report must be made within 24 hours of discovery , Police report must translate in English if happen in visiting country)

• Photograph of the luggage damage (For Luggage damage Claim)
